一、 简要说明 (Brief Description)1.本着用户满意是优德88宗旨的服务理念制定本技术规格书.We compile the technical specifications in order to maximize customer satisfaction.2.M33 系列发电用柴油机源自法国博杜安公司。

M33 series diesel engine was derived from Baudouin company in France.3. 6M33D506E310 型柴油机是 M33 系列陆用发电专用柴油机，是潍柴动力股份有限公司于 2017 年开发的增压器中置的新型结构发电用柴油机。

6M33D506E310 is one type of turbocharger centering structure generating diesel engine，which developed by the WEICHAI POWER CO.，LTD in 2017 .4. 由博杜安（潍坊）动力有限公司制造。 Manufactured by the BAUDOUIN (WEIFANG) POWER CO.LTD.

二、陆用发电柴油机功率定义及使用条件（The power and use conditions ofdiesel engine for generator）

1.持续功率 COP：柴油机每年运行时间不限、在恒定负荷下持续运转的最大功率。ISO 标准功率。Continuous power（COP）: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation at constant load of maximum power. ISO standard power.

2.常用功率 PRP：柴油机每年运行时间不限、在可变负荷下持续运转的最大功率。可超负荷 10%的 ISO 标准功率。Prime Power（PRP）: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation under variable load maximum power. It can overload of 10% ISO standard power.

3.备用功率 ESP：柴油机每年运行可达 200h 的某一可变功率系列中的最大功率。油量限定的 ISO 标准功率。Standby Power（ESP）: Diesel engine can running up to 200h by the maximum power of variable power per year. the ISO standard power be oil defined.柴油机运行条件及用途见下表。The different operating conditions and purposes of diesel engine at the table.功率分类Power运行条件Operating conditions用途Purposes持续功率COP460kW

3、3、每年在 100%负荷下运行不超过 500h；The time of running at 100% Prime Power no more than 500h each year；

4、4、每 12h 内，可超负荷 10%运行 1h，每年累计超负荷运行不超过 25h。It allow overload 10% power of 1 hour every 12 hours ,and the operating condition can't be more than 25 hours.用于功率输出已约定好的情况下，如公用电力的缩减。发电机组可并网到公共事业电网。For the power output has been agreed conditions, such as reduced utility power. The generator set cannetwork to the utility grid.备用功率ESP506kW

1、1、每年运行时间不超过 200h，包括每年在 100%负荷下运行不超过 25h；The time of running at standby power no more than 200h each year, incloud the operating condition of running over 25 hours in 100% load；

2、2、每 24h 运行周期内，平均负荷率不能超过 80%；电力断供期间提供紧急电力供应。Emergency power supply during power outages.The average load factor shall not exceed 80% of thestandby power in per 24 hours；

3、3、不具备超负荷能力；It does not have the ability of overload；

4、4、柴油机启动没有热机过程，由启动加速到标定转速需在 10s 内完成。自然吸气柴油机，环境温度 5℃以下时，需增加预热设施保证柴油机出水温度在 30℃以上；环境温度 5℃以上时，无预热设施。增压柴油机环境温度 10℃以下时，需增加预热设施保证柴油机出水温度在 30℃以上；环境温度 10℃以上时，无预热设施。Starting the diesel engine without thermal process andfrom start to accelerate to rated speed required to be completed within 10s. When below ambient temperature 5 ℃, naturally aspirated diesel engines need to increase diesel preheat facility to ensure the water temperature is above 30 ℃; And on the way round when ambient temperature above 5 ℃. When the ambient temperature below 10 ℃, the turbocharged diesel engine need to increase diesel preheat facility to ensure the water temperature is above 30 ℃; And on the way round when ambient temperature above 10 ℃.

注：严禁发动机超出上述运行条件使用！！！

五、柴油机使用环境 (Ambiance condition) 1．柴油机在下列条件下，应能输出额定功率：The diesel engine should be able to output rated power in the following conditions.a）

绝对大气压力，PX：100kPa（或海拔高度 0 米）

；Atmospheric pressure, PX:100kPa (or 0 meter above sea level);b）

环境温度，Tr：298K（25℃）；

Ambiance temperature , Tr: 298K(25℃)；

c）空气相对湿度Φr：30%。

Relative air humidityΦr：30%。

2. 柴油机在下列条件下，应能连续并可靠地工作：The diesel engine should be able to work continuously and reliably in the following sonditions.a）

环境温度：下限值-10℃，上限值 50℃；

Range of ambiance temperature: -10℃≤T≤50℃；

b）空气相对湿度：最湿月平均最高相对湿度为 90%（指该月的月平均最低温度为25℃）

Relative air humidity：the max relative humidity is 90% of the wettest month in a year(It means that the lowest average temperature of this month is 25℃)

d)工作环境中应无爆炸性气体、无导电尘埃。

The working environment should be without explosive gas and electric mote.e)

工作现场如有任何特殊的危险条件（如爆炸大气环境和易燃气体）用户应提前加以说明。

The customer should illuminate in advance if there has any especial and dangerous condition at the working space (for example, explosive and flammable gas).
